Leesburg, VA – Loudoun Soccer – Virginia’s premier and largest youth soccer organization – is proud to announce an arrangement with GroupNet Solutions to provide its families with improved user-friendly online registration software.
Loudoun Soccer will unveil this new software for the Fall 2013 Recreation and Minis programs, which will open at the end of the month. Families will be able to register players, order uniforms, and volunteer as coaches in one easy-to-use process. Families will also be able to securely pay their registration and uniform fees by credit or debit card, or by E-check.
The software will also feature a new scheduling program, which will be used for both game schedules and practice assignments, allowing coaches to better communicate their training date requests.
“Loudoun Soccer is unique given our size and the variety of programs we offer. GroupNet Solutions is customizing a program for our club that best suits our needs and the needs of our families,” said Craig Koch, Loudoun Soccer Director of Business Operations.
GroupNet solutions, based in Chantilly, VA, has over 15 years of experience working with youth sports organizations, including the Capital Area Soccer League (CASL) in Raleigh, NC, a 10,000 member club similar to Loudoun Soccer in size and programming. Following the successful integration this Fall, Loudoun Soccer will migrate its Travel and Adult League registrations to GroupNet for the Spring 2014 season, and will launch a redesigned, mobile-ready website.
“All of our registration and programming will soon be offered under one roof,” said Darryl Gee, Loudoun Soccer Technical Director. “The convenient registration process for our families and players makes it easier for us to focus on the most important task: children, parents and adults enjoying the beautiful game.”
Said, Tom Thomas, President of Loudoun Soccer, “This multi-year agreement with GroupNet Solutions is an important step in improving what is already considered a model soccer club in Virginia, and will better serve our membership.”
